Disappointed

This post won't make any sense to most of you unless you are a software developer. So please feel free to skip the post.

It is highly disappointing when you motivate yourselves, put effort to think about the requirements, discuss the in and out of all the requirements, discuss about design, have hours after hours of discussion on approaching the problem, hours putting the design into diagrams - both on board and paper...setting up the system and plung into implementing your design...and then to know that all your efforts are wasted because someone else is going to take the entire project...and you are not even informed....
